Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
dash of salt
2 c. orange sections
1 (8 oz.) maraschino cherries
2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (17 oz.) jar sweet cherries
1 c. pecans
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Drain pineapple chunks.
Drain cherries and chop.
Chop pecans. Combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup whipping cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt in mixing bowl.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in fruit and pecans.
Combine 2 cups whipping cream and sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
Fold into fruit mixture.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Freeze.
Cut into squares to serve.
Serves 10 to 12.
