Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 gal. applesauce
2 lb. white sugar
1/2 lb. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. red apple vinegar
1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
1 1/2 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix well.
Cook over medium high-heat until thick.
Pour into jars and seal.
