Shoe Peg Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can early green peas, drained
    2 cans white Shoe Peg corn
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small jar chopped pimentos
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil together sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Cool and pour over vegetables.
    Let marinate in refrigerator several hours.
