Geneva Stewart'S Company Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked squash (summer)
1 c. medium sharp cheese, diced
2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped (Geneva left pimento out)
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 c. milk, scalded
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; add hot milk last.
Pour into buttered baking dish.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
