Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 stick butter
1 stack crushed Town House crackers
Preparation

Melt butter; mix all ingredients together and put in a casserole dish.
Put crushed crackers you saved, to go on top along with some cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
