Grandma'S Boiled Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. raisins, boiled for 20 minutes
    1/2 c. raisin water
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream
    butter
    and sugar.
    Add egg and
    mix
    well.
    Add boiled raisins and water.
    Sift together
    dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture and mix well.
    Bake in a 9
    x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
