Aunt Kath'S Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can red salmon
    1/4 c. juice from can
    1 c. cornflake crumbs
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    In bowl mix salmon and juice.
    Beat in cornflake crumbs, evaporated milk, butter, egg, lemon juice and poultry seasoning. Put mixture in loaf pan.
    Set loaf pan in shallow pan of water. Cook at 350\u00b0 for nearly an hour.
