Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, sliced thin or shredded
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped (or flakes)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash of garlic powder
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly; add balance of ingredients and mix.
    Pour into buttered 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until firm and golden brown.
    Serves 6.
    (Nice for brunch or lunch with a salad.)
