Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 very ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
Preparation
    Combine oil and sugar. Add eggs and salt and mix. Mix together baking soda and buttermilk. Add to egg mixture, alternately with flour. Add bananas. Fold in nuts and pour into a well-greased pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
