Santa Fe Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. instant grits
    1 stick oleo
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese or 1/2 lb. Velveeta and 6 oz. roll garlic cheese
    3 beaten eggs
    2 cans chopped green chilies
Preparation
    Cook the grits as directed on box.
    When they are cooked, add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour into a greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 30 minutes.
