Mashed Potato Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes, peeled
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; drain and mash.
    Add cream cheese, sour cream, milk and salt and pepper.
    Beat at medium speed until smooth. Spoon potato mixture into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Drizzle top with melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Serve hot.
