Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture; mix well.
Stir in pecans.
Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375\u00b0 about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Yields about 48 cookies.
