Sukiyaki Don(Beef Rice Bowl) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    450 grams thinly sliced beef
    1 leek, minced
    2-3 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    In a hot pan, pour vegetable oil and stir-fry the leek and shiitake mushroom.
    Add beef, and cook until done.
    Mix sugar, soy sauce, and butter until well blended.
    Pour over beef mixture. Serve cooked rice in a bowl and pour this over the rice.
    You can also put 1 tablespoon butter on top too.
