Copper Pennies(Serves 12 To 15) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. sugar or sugar substitute
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Slice and cook carrots.
    To cooked carrots, add onion and pepper.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Allow flavors to blend several hours before serving.
    This relish will keep several weeks in refrigerator.
