Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, half or boned
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and squeezed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 slices natural Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
Preparation
    Place chicken and cheese in a greased pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Top with sauerkraut. Pour salad dressing evenly over cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours or until fork-tender.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley to serve.
    Makes four servings...Good!
