Chocolate Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 tsp. unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 grated orange peel
2 c. finely grated zucchini

Preparation

Beat eggs until lemon colored.
Beat in sugar and oil.
In large bowl add egg mixture, vanilla and zucchini to dry mix.
Pour batter into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes or until done.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
