Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    3/4 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix butter and sugar together and simmer slowly for about 5 minutes.
    Stir constantly while mixture simmers.
    Let mixture cool and add one egg at a time, beating well.
    Add vinegar and salt to mixture.
    Pour mixture in pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then lower temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue to cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
