Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cucumbers, diced
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 c. water
    2 potatoes, peeled and diced
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter.
    Add broth, water, cucumbers, potatoes and salt to taste.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Serve cold or warm.
