Florentine Scalloped Potatoes(6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1/2 c. sliced bacon
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1 clove garlic, minced
    dash of pepper
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Butter a 2-quart casserole dish.
    In a mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients, except 1/2 cup of cheese and sliced potatoes.
    In the prepared casserole dish, layer sauce alternately with potatoes, beginning and ending with sauce. Cover.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Uncover.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake an additional 15 minutes.
    Makes a great side dish.
