Microwave Praline Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Butter 3-quart mixing bowl.
Stir in sugar, baking soda, buttermilk and butter.
Microwave at 50% for 30 to 40 minutes or until a soft ball forms in cold water, stirring 2 or 3 times during cooking.
Add vanilla.
Beat at high speed with mixer until soft peaks form.
Stir in pecans then drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
Cool until firm.
Store in tightly covered container.
