Seasoned Shrimp And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 stalks celery, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. tomato paste
    pinch of garlic powder
    1 1/2 lb. deveined shrimp
Preparation
    Empty tomatoes in a bowl.
    Squeeze in small pieces.
    In a saucepan melt 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Add rice.
    Saute lightly, but do not brown rice.
    Melt remaining margarine in heavy 3-quart pot.
    Add onion and celery.
    Saute until tender.
