Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch celery, stalks and leaves
    6 carrots, unpeeled
    1 c. okra or squash
    1 c. fresh spinach
    1 c. fresh parsley
    2 large potatoes, unpeeled
    1 qt. tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. sweet basil
    2 1/2 qt. water
Preparation
    Chop all vegetables.
    Place all ingredients in 6-quart saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, turn down to low.
    Simmer until vegetables are tender, 25 to 35 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
