Baked Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 medium size potatoes
    1 qt. well seasoned soup stock
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cream
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Force baked
    potatoes
    through\ta sieve into the stock. Thicken with
    the
    yolk
    of an egg.
    When serving, place cream and parsley in\tthe
    bottom of a warmed soup tureen; pour soup over it.
    Sprinkle paprika on top.
    Serve at once.
    Serves 6.
