Coconut Chews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar (packed)
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. coconut
Preparation
    On waxed paper, stir flour and baking soda; set aside.
    In large saucepan, melt butter over very low heat.
    Remove from heat, stir in sugar, egg, vanilla and crumbs until smooth.
    Gradually stir in flour until a smooth soft dough forms.
    Stir in coconut. Cover tight and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 3 days.
