Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large onions, sliced
3 Tbsp. liquid shortening
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 green peppers, cut fine
1 lb. hamburg
1/2 c. rice
2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Saute peppers and onions until onions are yellow.
Add and brown hamburg.
Mix seasonings; add with tomatoes and rice.
Stir well.
Place in greased casserole.
Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
