Carrot Bundt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    4 large eggs
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. shredded carrots
    2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. applesauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour Bundt pan.
    Mix flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon and salt in large mixing bowl.
    In a small bowl beat eggs slightly.
    Stir in vanilla and oil.
    Next, stir in carrots, applesauce, egg mixture and nuts into flour until moistened.
    Spoon into Bundt pan.
    Cook 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan.
    Flip onto plate.
    Mix powdered sugar with 5 tablespoons water until smooth.
    Use this to ice the cake.
