Crab Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1/2 green pepper, minced fine
    1/2 small onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 slice bread, fine
    1 tsp. flour
    5 Tbsp. milk
    2 well beaten eggs
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning (optional)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Simmer pepper and onion in one tablespoon of butter until brown.
    Make a sauce by adding flour, milk, pepper and salt.
    Put crabmeat in bowl.
    Add beaten eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, parsley and sauce.
    Mold into a loaf and put in buttered loaf dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs; dot with butter.
    Bake 30 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 4 to 6.
