Brunch Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, crusts removed
    1 box Velveeta cheese, 3/4 box grated and slice remaining into 8 slices
    1 lb. sausage, browned and crumbled
Preparation
    Line a 9 x 13-inch greased pan with bread.
    Sprinkle grated cheese over this; add sausage.
    Add 1 slice cheese over each bread slice.
    Pour Egg Mix over cheese and meat.
    Cover; refrigerate overnight.
    Take out 1 hour before baking.
