Frank 'N Chili Manicotti Ole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 manicotti shells
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can jalapenos
    2 (15 oz.) cans chili with beans
    10 frankfurters
    6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cook manicotti in boiling salted water according to package until just tender.
    Drain; set aside.
    Shred 2/3 of cheese; set aside.
    Cut remaining cheese into 4-inch strips.
    Slit frankfurters lengthwise; insert strip of cheese.
    Place 1 cheese stuffed frank into each cooked manicotti.
    Combine chili, tomatoes and jalapenos; spoon about 2 cups of mixture into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Arrange the 10 filled manicotti shells atop sauce in dish. Pour remaining chili mixture over.
    Cover; bake in 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Uncover.
    Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
    Bake 10 minutes more.
