French Pork Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie shells
    1 1/2 lb. fresh ground pork
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 tsp. cloves
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 large potato, cooked and mashed
Preparation
    Put pork, onion and spices in pan with water to cover ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
    Drain liquid and save. Add mashed potato and liquid until moist.
    Cool; put in pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until crust is brown.
    Check at 30 minutes.
