Herbed-Cheese Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. parsley
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/8 tsp. dill weed
    8 large eggs
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients; add next 5 ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Combine eggs, water and 1/2 teaspoon white pepper; stir with a whisk until blended.
    Heat a 10-inch heavy skillet over medium heat until hot.
    Add olive oil and butter.
    Pour egg mixture into skillet.
    As mixture starts to cook, gently lift edges of omelet with a spatula and tilt pan so uncooked egg flows underneath.
    Spoon cheese mixture in center and fold sides over filling.
    Sprinkle with green onion.
