Michele'S Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can yellow cream-style corn
    1 pkg. Mexican corn bread mix
    1 small carton sour cream with chives
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; bake in a large, oiled covered casserole dish for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Then sprinkle with about 1 cup of grated Cheddar or American cheese.
    Return to oven until cheese melts.
