Pumpkin Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine milk, eggs, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and salt. Add pumpkin, blend well.
    Pour into 6-ounce custard cups and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
