Crunchy Baked Chicken(Makes 1 Serving) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 oz. cornflakes, crushed
    1 tsp. sesame seed
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper
    3 oz. uncooked chicken cutlet, pounded thin
    1 Tbsp. skim milk
    2 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside.
    Brush chicken with skim milk.
    Coat with cereal mixture and place on nonstick baking pan.
    Dot cutlet with 2 teaspoons reduced calorie margarine and bake for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until done.
