Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

6 chicken breasts, skinned
1 (16 oz.) Dijon mustard
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 (8 oz.) seasoned croutons, crushed
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Spread chicken on both sides with mustard, dip in sour cream and roll in croutons.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and place chicken in dish; dot with butter.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
