Black-Eyed Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans black-eyed peas with snaps, drained
    1/4 c. white sugar
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. green bell pepper, thinly sliced
    1/2 clove garlic or use garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. green onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in bowl and place in refrigerator overnight before serving.
