Iced Almonds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole almonds
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a heavy skillet, heat almonds, sugar and butter over medium heat.
Stir constantly until almonds are toasted and sugar is golden brown, about 15 minutes.
Stir in vanilla.
Drop in clusters on baking sheet or foil.
Sprinkle with a little salt. Cool.
Makes 1 pound candy.
