Custard Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiled rice
    2 large cans evaporated milk
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix rice, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar and salt in a large glass baking dish.
    Stirring, add vanilla and 1 can of water.
    Top with butter and sprinkle with nutmeg before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
