Caramel Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch unbaked pie shell
10 caramels, cut into pieces
1/3 c. flour
3 c. unpeeled apples
2/3 c. caramel topping
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. pecan pieces
Preparation

Combine caramel pieces and flour; add apples, topping and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Pour mixture into 9-inch unbaked pie crust.
Top with pecans.
Bake on preheated baking sheet at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, until crust has browned.
Cool.
