Homemade Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. lard (shortening)
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 cake yeast (2 oz.)
    21 c. flour
Preparation
    Let raise 1 hour.
    Work down; let raise 1 hour again.
    Then put them in pans.
    Let raise hour and a half.
    Then bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
