Oyster Nut Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans smoked oysters, drained and finely chopped
1 small onion, minced
1 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 Tbsp. sour cream
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of Tabasco sauce
Italian bread crumbs (enough to make into roll)
Preparation

Combine and mix well.
Roll in 1 cup chopped walnuts. Refrigerate until time to serve.
