Chicken Andouille Gumbo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. stewing chicken
1 lb. andouille, sliced 1/4-inch
6 large onions, chopped
1 small bunch green onions, minced
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
salt, black pepper and red cayenne
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. cooking oil
6 c. hot water
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
Preparation

Cut up chicken and season with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 cup oil in heavy
skillet and fry chicken until brown.
Remove chicken and put aside.
