Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 c. salsa
2 c. shredded lettuce or lettuce leaves
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. diced plum tomatoes
1/3 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
1/4 c. pimento, stuffed
green olives
tortilla chips and blue corn chips
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl; mix well until blended.
Stir in salsa.
Line 10-inch platter with lettuce. Spread mixture on lettuce leaves.
Top with cheeses, tomatoes, green onions and olives.
Serve with chips.
Makes 10 servings.
