Gourmet Holiday Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 cans drained artichoke hearts, cut in halves
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/3 c. crumbled Blue cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter over low heat.
    Stir in flour and seasonings. Cook until smooth, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk.
    Bring to a boil, over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Boil and stir one minute.
    Add Cheddar cheese; stir until melted.
    Set aside.
