Supreme Green Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. each (frozen) spinach, broccoli spears, asparagus spears
2 cans French fried onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can (small) mushrooms, sliced
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese (more to taste)
8 oz. sharp (or extra sharp) Cheddar cheese
1 can sliced almonds
Preparation

Thaw, drain vegetables.
Layer bottom of casserole with 1/2 onions (crushed), then lay out spinach, top with 1/2 can of soup, 1/2 shredded Mozzarella, 1/2 mushrooms; lay out asparagus spears (cut off ends that may be too tough), top with remaining soup, Mozzarella, and mushrooms.
Lay out broccoli spears, top with remaining onions, Cheddar (shredded) and almonds.
Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove cover and crispen top under broiler, if desired, or keep covered for another 5 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Yields approximately 12 servings.
