Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chicken broth
    1/3 c. regular rice (not instant), rinsed several times
    juice of 1 large lemon
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Bring broth to a boil.
    Add rice; cook 30 minutes or until rice is soft.
    Turn off heat.
    Beat egg yolks together with lemon juice, then add to it 1 cup of rice mixture and blend.
    Pour this back into pot of rice mixture.
    Makes 6 to 7 servings.
