Creamy Mac 'N' Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. uncooked macaroni (any shape)
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. shredded American cheese
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed.
    Drain.
    In separate bowl, combine flour and 1 cup of milk.
    Blend well.
    Pour into saucepan; add remaining milk.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
    Add cheese; continue cooking until cheese is melted.
    Stir constantly.
    Add cooked macaroni, salt and pepper.
    Yields 8 servings.
