Marinade Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Marinate meat overnight. Will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks.
Great for steaks, chicken and shish kabobs.
