Microwave Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. carrots
    1/4 c. white wine or champagne
    1 tsp. butter
    some dried dill
    pepper
    salt (if desired)
Preparation
    Thinly slice carrots and mix with white wine or champagne. Add butter, dill, pepper and (if desired) salt.
    Cover tightly and microwave until crisp-tender.
    Season with additional pepper and garnish with parsley.
