Easy Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Stir in sugar, salt, shortening and egg.
    Mix in flour until dough is easy to handle.
    Do not knead.
    Place dough in a greased bowl; turn once to grease surface.
    Cover and place in refrigerator.
    Will keep up to 2 weeks.
    Two hours before needed, shape dough into rolls or cinnamon buns.
    Cover; let rise until double (1 1/2 to 2 hours). Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
